Making a stick figure

I hope this isn't too much to ask but I am new to visual basic and I'm just wondering if any of you have a code to make a stick figure on vb. I'm trying to make it using a scale and lines with a circle for the head but i'm having trouble positioning it. It would really help if someone could give me a good example  thanks all
