D2 Packet Help

As many of you have noticed D2 now asks you to enter your email for some accounta that have no email yet, I would like to know how i would make a bot that could do that can someone please explain how that could be done.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I beleive there is another thread about this. If there is it shouldn't be too hard to find as I beleive it was started a few weeks or so ago.
