NSV to avi/mpeg etc converter

I have hunted high and low for a good converter. Preferably with a GUI. NSV is used from ripping streams and I want to convert them to ipod. Any help would be great.

Currently you can't convert NSV to anything, it's probably going to be a long time before that happens if ever.
