Command and Conquer - Rise of Nations

Anyone played either of these games? I haven't talked to many who do, and im not speaking of Generals either. I mean like Red Alert 2, Yuris Revenge, and Tiberian Sun. Which is better in your opinions?

I played Tiberian Sun a LONG time ago.  I thought it was alright.
