What's funny is that 74 is 0x4a in decimal. So there is a display error.

So Andy's Hex Dump is messed up, its unhexing the packet name.

Or it's just not hexing them, which is more likely than converting back and forth

But yeah, 0x4A is listed on BNetDocs, so problem solved!
