Epox motherboards

Hey everyone.
I was wondering if anyone here had experience with Epox motherboards? I'm roughly considering one as an option for a friend. Alternative for a Gigabyte model gone discontinued.
Opinions?

Edit:
OK, same question goes for Intel motherboards too...
I refuse to use ECS. I've had enough problems with them.

Intel motherboards are nice, but you can't really oc from them without first flashing your bios. IIRC the bus is locked by default.
