It seems like this is the hot topic in Aionsource these days. An ex-WoW player tries Aion, gives his opinion in comparison with WoW because he played WoW? One of the best ways for us to understand something new is to look at it in comparison with something that we already know.

While the actual review in debate had some bias leaning toward WoW, I think it represents the eyes of a big majority that's going to be hopping from WoW to try out a new MMO. When we're talking about within Aionsource, it's probably of little value other than to just create brainless flaming- inducing our beloved community into an ugly Kindergartner shouting match arena. However, when we're looking at the MMO community as whole, Aion / WoW comparison is 'important' for a lot of people. And I'm going to end that argument right now for you guys; you can't compare Aion and WoW- NOT because WoW had 2 expansions, but because they are two very different games with different gameplay goals in mind.

Gaming Discussion / Re: CS: Source?

Counter strike is one of the best game I have ever played . And counter strike source is really great. For some reason this is the game I always go back to (been playing it for years). even though I have left 4 dead and call of duty, etc. ... i play and like CSS the most.. I guess it seems to have some of the best community servers where you can get to know people. it makes playing that much more awesome.

Gaming Discussion / Re: Diablo III 2011

Really thats... funny? Last year people would say that Diablo 3 might just come out in 2011 (with the few hoping in 2010). Now 2011 is too early?

Both release date we see here are obviously just a guess, but they are a good one. I don't see anything even remotely funny here, its obviously probable that they will be released around that, though I'd imagine SC2 a month or 2 later.

So seriously. Whats funny about 2 possible release dates.

Diablo / Re: D3 or SC2?

They just put june because its the middle of the year. I say half a year later second sc2 installment, and half a year later D3. So from sc2's original release date we will have to wait a year and a half for D3.

The Starcraft 2 release date seems possible considering a few other sites have placed it at releasing in a similar time space.
The Diablo 3 release date on the other hand seems very optimistic and rather funny that this'll probably change when it hits that date.
