they really need to fix the 'carpet bombing' problem, I was in their irc room last night and the dev who was around didn't seem to think that it was even that important for updating, which was kinda lolwut. They also seem like they haven't planned a good long term strategy from what the devs were talking about regarding installation in a multiple user environment. I'll admit the browser is nice though, once its got a decent plugin system (ie. adblock support, which is what everyone and their mother wants) it will probably replace firefox in my day to day

even the most complex n64 homebrew stuff done by people who know how to use the available sdk stuff as well as possible are mediocre at best, any system your gonna make a rom for you need toa quire the appropriate development tools, alot of which, especially for older systems, aren't super documented

Blizzard Entertainment(R) Focuses Console-Development Plans on Next-Gen Platforms
Friday March 24, 7:30 pm ET

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 24, 2006--Blizzard Entertainment Inc. today announced plans to focus the company's console-development efforts on the next generation of console platforms. As part of this shift in focus, Blizzard® will indefinitely postpone production on StarCraft: Ghost(TM) while evaluating opportunities for utilizing the additional power of the new and upcoming console systems.

"Like many in the industry, we've been impressed with the potential of the new consoles, and we're looking forward to exploring that potential further," stated Mike Morhaime, president and cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment. "In addition to allowing us to determine the best course for StarCraft: Ghost, this review period will help us lay the groundwork for our future console games."

In the months ahead, Blizzard will further evaluate the next-gen console technology and determine the best plan of action for offering a StarCraft® console-gaming experience that meets the company's expectations and those of its players. Further specifics on plans for StarCraft: Ghost and Blizzard's future console games, as well as platform and release information, will be revealed at a later date.

be nice if this game ever comes out. i read one preview where the site mentioned the multiplayer was kinda neat, it definitely looks aged and unimpressive graphically now though so maybe a next gen bump will do it good

any programmer with half a brain for security would not have used md5 as their authentication protection in the first place =)
