I need to know what program opens .SKN files. The one I'm talkin about is a Skin file that came with Wicked Bot. Actskin4.5.ocx uses the SKN files to load the skin. I tryed searching google but diditn find any good results. None of them told me what I needed to know. I wanna know what program creates those files and how can I make those skin files.
