I'm selling my computer expertise. I only charge $22.00 a hour.
How descriptive. I'm sure you'll find lots of customers like that.
I do.

I'm serious about this people, I will sell my expertise at repairing helping anything, for a small fee.
That stuff is offered here for free, that's why it's a forum. Take your advertising elsewhere, or at least away from a forum that is (sorta)designed to help people. There may be a lot of sarcasm in the responses here, but the majority of the time if the person has a real question they get a real answer - free of charge.
Also, how are you going to fix a hardware problem over the internet? You going to take the processor out and drop it in a third party box, then the video card through the internet? Try doing this locally.
If you are wanting to peddle your services, you should probably be more specific about a few things. First of all, what are your qualifications? What skills do you have that you want to hire out? What form of payments will you accept? What kind of guarantee are you providing for your work?
As hismajesty has pointed out, you have come to a place where help is obtained for free. You should have a very compelling reason for somebody to pay you rather than ask for free help.
I'm lonely. Can you give me some services?

Wouldn't that require him to actually drive out and meet you some place. Or do you just want him to use a webcam?
I offer my services for $21.50, let's see you handle some competition.
