This script will prevent users with attribute T from chatting in the channel. Note S flag overrides T, and T can only be set by users with attribute N.
It first warns them with kick, then bans if they come back and chat after that. This covers both normal chat and emoted chat.

Note it uses user variable #4 (23) in this example because in the configuration I took this from, 1 - 3 were already in use for something else. You can adjust the user variable numbers accordingly based on your own usage.
