Today is Halloween, and someone I was talking to asked me this earlier today. I'm mildly interested in seeing what people here think.

I, for one, do not believe in ghosts. This is probably because I believe that humans are simply pathetic flesh sacks, with no "soul" or "spirit" or whatever you want to call it to remain after you have died.
