Gauss, because I like the story about him summing the integers from 1 to 100.  Essentially he did this in elementary school:

1 + 2 + ... + 99 + 100
100 + 99 + ... + 2 + 1
----------------------------
101 + 101 + ... + 101 + 101

101 * 100 / 2 = 10100 / 2 = 5050

Euler.  Gotta respect anyone that keeps on cranking out theorems and such after he goes blind.
