Title: IE6 Confused
Post by: Spht on August 20, 2004, 08:48 AM
How does IE6 determine how it should launch a URL which should be opened in a new window?  (ie, went clicking _blank hrefs or right-clicking link and hitting Open in New Window)

My Open in New Window randomly stopped working yesterday.  It now does nothing when trying to click _blank hrefs, or open in new window.

I have had that not work when clicking on image links while the page had not yet completed loading.

You ran spybot or ad-aware?

It doesn't work at all, even after reboot.

Not sure what those are, so no.

It's spyware removal tools. I was figuring it could have something to do with spyware but it's just a theory not a fact.
Or maybe this is the problem?

That resolution worked!  Not sure what broke it originally, but thanks.
