Hey, I need help with all the packets and understanding them example: 0x1E, and the &hf stuf I know the &hf one is wrong, but I need help. I have seen them in some source codes, and I was wandering if someone could help me with understanding those packets.

Btw I am trying to make a bot using Winsock in VB V 6.0. Ty.
