Hey everyone,
Who here plays some older Multiplayer FPS's?
I'm looking to grab Counter-Strike, and maybe another older FPS.
On an older laptop with shared video memory, so my choices of newer ones are severely limited.
I have a Half-life CDKey and a CS cdkey, so that's not an issue. I just lent my CD to someone and never got it back....(bastards).
Cheers.
Use steam - you just input your cd key and it'll download the whole thing from the net...
UT!
UT = trash
Battlefield Vietnam = Awesome
Haha.
Thanks Adron.
I'm such an idiot, forgot Steam was around.
You play?
Doom3 comes out August 5th!
August 3rd for all the smart people who pre-orderd it
I play CS sometimes, but mostly on european servers.
Edit:
Have you tried Ghost Recon? We played that quite a lot before.
The old Delta Force games a worth a look.
Yeah, Ghost Recon was pretty fun.
European servers are great if they're fast enough for someone in North America. ;)
We should organize some games/tourneys...I can probably get a 100mbit server up with some arm twisting.
I like Ghost Recon a lot, so if you guys do get some gaming going on count me in.
iago tries to get me into ghost recon, now that I see all the rants about it I might give it a try. On a final note Counter-Strike rules.
CS = trash
:P

I personally like the single player gameplay a lot better than I like the multiplayer gameplay but all around it is an excellent game.
