Title: Disassembling Storm.dll
Post by: ChR0NiC on July 12, 2004, 03:29 PM
Hey, I was asked a few times by people about not having to have Storm.dll in their bot's main folder (I guess it looks tacky or something). So if anyone wants to do some ASM you can have the disassembled Storm.dll Here (http://botdev.gamershost.net/Storm.zip). I dunno if anyone at all will find some use for it......

You need storm.dll for the version check anyhow, you could just use that one.

Why do you have to have Storm.dll in your bot's folder?

The NLS.dll or Standard-SHA1.dll produced for the W3 hashing functions, require Storm.dll to also be present. No complaints here, as long as it works right?

to pass CheckRevision it does a checksum on the 3 main game files, which includes storm.dll.
