I'm using Windows Server 2003 Web Edition, and I was trying to run Warcraft III using the -opengl command line. It seems to run, but the framerate seems to be one frame per second. Is there anyway to fix this?

Check if your vid card supports the OGL used by WC3, check to make sure that vid card drivers are up to date, etc?
