I like bottom one better, the top one seems to have worse quality and the logo gets cut of by the taskbar

Then I was right -- mine is better. I lost out to the first wallpaper in a wallpaper design competition. The judges had a tough time deciding between the two, but decided to go with the first one which has a lower resolution nightelf, sloppy appliance of border, and (as mentioned) badly positioned logo.
