Title: Anyone have BNLSProtocolSpec.txt file?

I dont think it has been taken down, their provider i believe is having downtime problems...

Actually, everything has been running normal since around 10:30 a.m. Central.  I think Grok is moving stuff around on the vl webserver today and that why there are a bunch of 404s.
