How much protein do you eat a day? Yesterday I had 3 shakes 50g each 4 chicken breasts 20g each, a steak 30g. A chicken bake from costco 42g. A total of 4 eggs perhaps 40g. Not to mention a half cup of rice every 2 hrs... What do you eat each day?
I ordered a pizza. ;D
For lunch I had tuna sandwich and chicken soup (but I couldn't enjoy it because HISMAJESTY wouldn't leave me alone ;))
For supper, I had ripple chips and onion dip.
And those were my meals for the day. How much is in that?
Yesterday I had Tim Hortons for breakfast / lunch my meal included:
Turkey and Bacon club on a big bagette, maple dip donut, extra large double double.
For supper I had wendy's my meal included:
Double single with cheese (Double cheese burger), with fries and a drink.
I'm hungry and I have 10$, what to buy?!
Today for breakfast I ate French Toast sticks. :D
I had a Mustard and "Chicken Fajita" (from IGA) sandwich on Rye Bread and an orange for breakfast today.
3 cheese sandwiches.
At lunch I had a sub from mr.sub, last night meatloaf and corn, not much there.
Today I'm probably going to mcdonalds, working out, then having a protein shake.
How's the site coming jigsaw?

McDonald's is an excellent ice cream parlor. I had one 2 nights ago!
For breakfast I had a donut. Damn those are a convenient breakfast :)

As for protein I will make eggs for breakfast often enough, otherwise just cereal. Lunch depends where ever I am or will sometimes pack coldcut sandwiches. Dinner varies but I try to grab some meat. Other then that I will always take a multi-substance vitamin, Vitamin C, Calcium and Beta-Carotine tablets as well.
PS: Good job on being stupid everyone. He asked what do you eat that pertains to protein.

Eibro, canned tuna eh? I used to eat cans of that a day... very lean protein.
I love tuna. But after I mix it with mayonaise, any nutritional value goes to hell.
