Second one should be a larger help.

How far back did you set the forum to search?  Did you include forums other than this one?  It's possible your search was too shallow or was killed for being too thorough.

Request those profile keys and have your client display the results raw.  The format of the data ought to make it pretty clear how they're stored.  (If not, look up documentation on the various ways in which Windows Time is stored (in the PSDK)).

Looks like it's stored as numbers.

First thing's first: convert the number strings into variables of type integer.

Hint: Val() function

Next up, you need to figure out what the integers are used for.

Hint: DateTime object

Lastly, you need to figure out how to turn the result into a formatted date/time string.

Hint: MSDN
