I'm surprised no one has misspelled her last name, or that no one has searched for "britney's pears"(alot of them have apostrophes...).
Perhaps their spelling correction system keyed off the last name being exactly "spears"...
I'm sure that has something to with it... but it does pick up on it even when the last name is wrong.
