Those Gatso camera's are bloody everywhere. I've already been caught by them several times :-/
The entire country of Monaco is watched by cameras, too. Don't feel alone. Crime there is nearly impossible. Even pick-pockets get caught usually.

That's great. If my wallet/watch/whatever got stolen, I would want the person who did it to be punished. Although I'd be happier if I didn't lose it in the first place,which is even better.

You can make dynamite... It's one of the simplest explosives to make.
