Hey, I play Counter-Strike often, and when I do my mic doesn't work properly. However! it works on MSN and Roger Wilco. I did all the obvious, like uncheck mute, make sure its plugged in right (obviously because it worked on msn!).
Anyhow, to my question. I realized I should probably update my drivers for that. I went to microsoft.com and none of that helped in the downloaded/update section.
I was wondering if someone could find a driver for me, because obviously I can't find one. I downloaded 3 already, at the installation part, said it was the wrong driver than what i had.
I have SiSoftware Sandra Professional 2004, and I clicked on 'Sound Card Information', once I braught that up I see the following:
General Information
-Device Name: Creative Sound Blaster PCI
-Manufacturer: Microsoft
-Version: 5.10
-Product ID: 101/1
Specific Wave Information
-Maximun Standard Sampling bits: 16-bit
-Maximun Standard Sampling rate: 44.1kHz
-Channels: 65535

Thanks Stealth, that site was exactly what I was looking for. Your help is greatly appreciated! Thanks again.
Edit:
No Kp, i'm not. I am sure there are more than 1 person who have the same name, and I don't see how it is linking into the question. But I understand your curiosity.
Anyhow, why do you ask?

Yes, figured there'd be many kevins. You both had a z, which made it slightly more likely; asked out of curiousity, mostly.
Both have a 'z'?
