Given among hardware questions (USB, CMOS, RAM), I would tend to answer "Integrated Device Electronics", the drive interface. "Integrated Development Environment" is software related.

Actually, CMOS does stand for that. It's the reason I could never remember what it stands for (when asked, I would answer "ask the chemistry majors" :)). You're thinking of BIOS - Basic Input/Output System.

Edit: You seem to give the Simpsons questions the misleading title "TV". Allow me to fix this:
