I have about 1000+ vinyl hip-hop/reggae/rap records in my collection, probably more, plus about 300 burned CD-R's and about 50 orignal CD's.

I finally have a real keyboard for my laptop! :D

I did too, but the mouse came barely charged, and I forgot to plug it in when I went out, so I'm using my old ones right now. (Apparently if one dies you can't use the other alone)
I got one last year! Apparently, spilling water/soda on those keyboards proves to not be good. Oh well, I still use the mouse.
I have the logitech Mouseman wreless optical mouse and keyboard. Hasn't failed me yet.
My buddy was just telling me he got a 40GB iPod, I think those are a waste. I have a palm zire 71 + 512MB SD card for mp3s. I'm not that fond of palms os but I had a pocket pc before I broke it (was possibly intentional, not yet determined :P ) and they're just toys. I originally got a pocket pc thinking oh yeah Ill program for it and have a blast, maybe even retail a program but well... its no surprised just about everyone with a pocket pc never uses it or only uses it as a toy which unless you stick a wireless adapter in it and actually use it for work, thats all it is. So naturally, why not get a tiny toy that has a camera, games and basic things like notepad and address books and then of course a nice and nice looking mp3 player, the entire thing only costed me $400 for pda + memory card then some nice headphones. Where a 40GB iPod is $500. That would be a huge waste.
Really, I only wanted it because 50 cent had it in his P.I.M.P. video :P

Plus I listen to my Discman ALL the time anyway, and i hate carrying CD's around.

So far, it's been perfect.
My friend had a infra red keyboard once, and it was terrible, but this one uses radio waves and it's really nice. I know a couple others who have this model as well, and they all think it's great. Me too! :)
After charging overnight mine works great :P

most work fine, its just some people (though this used to be true, it barely is anymore) claim they are a bit slow responding for gaming. Well... Logitech has their wireless mice bandwidth close to the max of USB so this isn't true, then you add the bandwidth of a keyboard which isn't much and if it isn't the fastest, its still close to it. Microsofts wireless combos are slower, they improved on the wireless optical desktop elite but the first one and the pro one and definitly the bluetooth one are a bit slower (bluetooth is slow, neat but slow. Don't get it for gaming) Logitech Cordless MX Duo is best for gaming and Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop Elite is the best for comfort and features, not too bad for gaming either.
