Title: Programming magazines
Post by: MoNksBaNe_Agahnim on December 02, 2003, 07:51 AM
I was wondering if there are any computer programming magazines out there? I know there are game development magazines and I think i have seen a hacker magazine once, but are there any general programming ones out there, or c++ oriented?

www.2600.com, they have had articles relative to C progamming in the past.  Lot's of fluffy propaganda about free speech, the MPAA, and Kevin Mitnick, though -- this magazine can't be taken too seriously.

2600 owns (it's a "hacker" magazine). Phrack is better though. Phrack is a "hacker" magazine that teaches a lot of programming concepts as well (ie. buffer overflows, heap overflows, general stack-based overflow exploit writing).

Hehe, I would like to see a programming-only magazine though.
