I am trying to get my bot to see the colors when the "Á" is used on bnet. So does anyone have any ideas?

I am using VB 6.0

Why would you want to do that? You like the faulty programming in Starcraft so much that you want to simulate it in your program? If you must, you could just emulate the UTF-8 decoding bug which Starcraft has, but doing such a thing sounds pretty silly to me.
