Say I want to find out Bob's last login. Do I have to be logged on to that account to find out the information, or is it public somehow?
Does anonymous login still work? If so, /recorddata might be the trick.

Note that recorddata only provides meaningful account information (besides data about games played) if are an administrator or are querying your own account (via the binary interface).

No, you need to be on the account or be an administrator. You could try viewing when they last played a game, which could give you an estimate of how often they use the account...
It might not, of course. I have several accounts that have never played a game but are in no danger of expiring any time soon.

Yes... I'm saying it could give you a realitive estimate of when they used their account last. If it said they last played a game today, then don't expect the account to expire anytime soon.
