How are some bots able to go into private channels on jailed keys?

It has something to do with not joining your start channel, iirc.

& also, not joinning the start channel? Like just joinning the home channel straight up, no StarCraft USA-2?

When I was experimenting with it, I could only manage to get it to work when using the old (0x1e) Login.

It can be accomplished by sending the dword of 1 in the 0x0C packet apon logon.
