hmm.. I have one more option and I can't think of anything to put there! :(

I was thinking Founders, Vorta, or Gem'Hdar, but they don't really represent anything, except maybe unity/order..

Cardassians - Pride

Founders - Control

Jem'Hadar - Obedience

Breen - Isolation

Hirogen - Tradition

Romulans - I think this should've been something like Elitism.
