I don't consider HTML Code but hey thats just me. Anything that doesn't care if you make any mistake at all really isn't code.

Yeah it does. It's invalid HTML.

You mean the browser renderer won't care, which is a smart thing for browser programmers to do, since almost all web sites use invalid HTML.
