hi, i want to set something, in a game i'd like when admins use the chat command !, to speak everyone arround, not everyone in the game, i'd like the letters in blue, no white, admins only, is that possible? and how do i do that?

If you wrote your own D2GS, you can handle that message from a player however you want.
