I find it strange that C# is that low and that VB is above C++!!!

It makes plenty of sense (to me, at least) on a scale of popularity. VB is extremely easy to develop with and use, imo. C# needs more time to gain the popularity and following that the other languages have. People are just too stubborn to make the transition to C# from C/C++ :P
It seems like Java has been at the top of that list for ages. I check it every couple months or so and have been doing so for several years now.
