cool, under a free-market system, a company is suing large corporations for NOT using one of their products and therefore breaking the law.

nice!

I really think the DRMA was a bad idea more and more all the time. All information in all forms should be free and openly distributed. People who don't want to share what they create shouldn't bother creating... then again, I'm a communist and an open-source, pro-software/music/video piracy person.

I wonder how you would feel if you made something that's extremely successful and cashes you a lot of money, but you are still horribly poor because everyone just stole it without giving you anything.

Microsoft will throw more lawyers at them then they can handle, then milk them for all their worth.
Someone suing Microsoft is like saying you found a rock in a quarry.

I wouldn't charge for something I created, no matter how amazingly advanced it would be. I absolutely despise capitalism.

I highly doubt you'd still be saying that if you lived in a communist or recently communist country like I used to. I like the ideas of socialism, however communism is too extreme. Let's face it, if you had riches, you know there is a part of you that doesn't want to give them up, that's why communism doesn't work, and that's why people charge for their creations which they put a lot of time into.

There are no countries in existence that follow the communist manifesto. Soviet countries, China, North Korea, Cuba, etc... are/were all dictatorships behind the mask of Communism. An Anarcho-Syndicalist Commune society is the only government that makes any sense. It's perfect. Unfortunately, humans aren't. This doesn't belong here though; it's a different topic altogether.
