Well, I appreciate the fact that you went and located the two most useful torrent related pages on the web, right now, but I have known about those. Also, that's not what I asked - unless, of course, you're implying that you've written one before. ;)
I've done some minor work with torrents. I wrote a download manager a while back, and was working on adding torrent support. I gave up when I became frustrated with torrents in general, and I now avoid them whenever possible. I used those two pages for the work I did, though.
