Title: The incredible migrating database.

It's true.  The database for this forum has migrated to a different server.  I guess it was just that time of year.

I left the site files on this box but moved the database to another, byte crushing mad mad mad machine!!!  Please reply to this post with positive or negative observations concerning the performance.

Performance seems slightly better, but it might be just an illusion.

The URL has been the same since February when we switched from PERL to PHP.
