The first person that finds the easter egg on my website (http://www.valhallalegends.com/spht/clangnome/) will get to be my /friend for a day!
Happy hunting!
/me is scared
Won't load.
There is no such picture on there!!! And if your referring to text " Easter Egg" i done a search on every page and nothing was there :P
yep thats right i searched for the egg i love you ClanGnome :P
picture? who said it had to be a picture... or text?
So what could it be then??
A video?
Dusk found something on the little gnome icon on the front page, looks like a tiny pixel egg in his pointing hand. I was checking the source code and he just looks at the page and its like found it xD Then hes like theres a clan egg on northrend lol
(http://www.valhallalegends.com/spht/clangnome-avatar.gif) that image? It doesn't look like an egg to me...
Yar, puzzles me 2 xD
an easter egg is something hidden. not literally an egg ::)
But most often, people like to use eggs as a visual pun.
bump for spht to post answer
I think the Easter Egg thing is just a big April Fools joke! *wink*
Actually, I don't, :P. I was talking to Spht while he was making it and never found it, =[.
I can't find it, I was even maybe thinkin it could have been in the banner, but maybe the banner would be switched on one of the differnt links but guess not =( how about atleast a hint, is it a image? does it look like an easter egg?
Sea urchins in the source code!
I asked Spht if he would give me a hint about the egg. The reply i got was:
[23:50:44] <Spht> eww no. it's super easy
Well, the Description and Keywords meta tags aren't closed. Not an egg, but it should be fixed :P .
Edit: And all the public channels have malformed URIs because Spht used instead of %20 for spaces in the URIs.
Second edit: I think I found it. Comments in the Author Page:
Quote<p>Hello. I am Spht<!-- Don't ask me how to pronounce it -->. I created ClanGnome<!-- That's right, he's a bot -->. Although I am not online much, when I am I can usually be found in my clan channel on Azeroth--our chieftain <!-- Our chieftain is an autobot, ha ha! --> is always there to keep it open--drop by and say hi<!-- Or just spam obscenities like everyone else -->. What do you mean? I had to do a bit of working around for some links. Are you able to click them fine though? What browser are you using?

I found:
"<!-- Psst! ClanGnome can also see the invisible ... Don't tell anyone! -->"
hmph?
Nah, I already found that one, and a lot of other fun comments.
Nobody ever found it yet?
I guess not. I don't really care enough to keep looking.

I've told a few people on Battle.net that asked, after UserLoser figured it out

Yep, that's "the one." And one of the clues was:

"<!-- Psst! ClanGnome can also see the invisible ... Don't tell anyone! -->"
You can get those stats for all gateways if you modify the search query correctly
Man... I tried that back in early march. I thought you just had forgotten to add it to the list -.- .
Massive scrollage on the void page xD

Alright, so I found the right clue, I just couldn't put two and two together, :(.
I put two and two together before I was supposed to and then forgot the number 5 existed (1984 joke).
