Well, looking at his post, and at the readme of the bot, I would sumise that that guy is an idiot.
BUT! Makeing a d1 mass bot is NOT hard. I've made several before.
For the heck of it, Its fun to hangout in the BTS talkin to a rep and then load up the channel with bots.
But you got to make sure you do it when you are friends witht he rep else they will ban with no mercy.
Ahh the good old days >.< anyways.
There is nothing really special, the guy jsut made a D1 massbot, to load public channels, channels w/o ops.
I once filled up DU-1 to DU-50 jsut cuz I was bored!
But it didn't harm anyone cuz no one (cept my friends) play d1 anymore :P
