This is more of a pain then anything, but it would be nice to slove it.
If I am afk from my pc for a few hours or playing War3 for a while, my internet gets very weird. Only some sites will load, eg this site and the VZ forums. Some pages will even load like this:

I have to restart my comp when this happens, or spam sites till it all runs again. This only works somtimes though =/
Any ideas whats going on. This all happened after I formated my HD. Before everything was fine.
Ever tried using a different browser?
Think I did fire up IE when it happened aswell. I'll try IE again when it happens again.
It didn't load the CSS info... Not a big deal. Sounds like your ISP has a thing where they cut down bandwidth allowance if you're idle or using minimal bandwidth. That usually happens because ISPs are only allotted a certain amount of bandwidth for all their users (some hundred terabytes/month probably). Mass ping your server IP until it recognizes your existance. :)
