Does anyone believe that this could be reverse discrimination?
Anyone think he should just take the 10 years in prison (or something else?)

"Too short for prison"? I mean come on, that's the most B.S. excuse I've EVER heard.

I've heard more bullcrap excuses before, but none of them were in a situation like this.
