Detection name: SPYW_PKEYLOG.C


I have no idea how to get rid of this, I tried accessing the folder via cmd and windows explorer and I get 'Access is Denied'!!

You could've tried disabling your system restore and then clean it out. Then once you re-scan and know it's gone, turn it back on. The virus will just keep respawning itself. I had an issue once like this.
