I just need a quiet fan that keeps my computer from melting. :)
Anyways, seemed like a cheap, working alternative -- however, for compatibility it says Celeron D ~ 2.93 GHz 340J. Mine is an Intel Celeron D 330 2.66GHz (2.80 GHz if I right click on my computer). Will the fan + heatsink be compatible?

The speed is given based on the heat output of that processor class and has nothing to do with compatability. The fan you've chosen will support the Intel Celeron D processor and is best used with a processor speed equal to or under 2.93 GHz.
