A friend of hers was in Cardiff christmas shopping when she saw a foreign man drop his wallet. She picked it up and gave it back to him. He in turn tried to give her money for her kindness but she refused. He in turn said "Well take this addvice, Stay out of cardiff on the 12th". She told this to the police and aparrentley theyre on high alert. Views?

This is just a new form of spam terror. It used to be done by fax. Someone would type up an official sounding bulliten about how gang members were initiating new members by having them drive down the freeway with their brights on, and the first car from opposing traffic that flashed their brights, the initiate would have to chase them down and kill everyone in the car. This would be faxed to a few offices, faked as being from Mothers Against Drunk Drivers or some group, and within hours would be faxed to nearly every office in the country.
It's just a form of socially engineered virus.
I didnt receive this by email. It was a friend of a friend who experienced it. Not long till the 12th.
