Title: "You may not enter" page?

I know that President Clinton created some law so that a page can be made that says "You are not authorized to enter", and that you can't be sued for anything linked to by that page.

Anyone here in the law field want to give me some details on that law, and help me craft a page like that? If anyone's wondering, this is for my WoW stuff, which is "for backup purposes only". Kekeke.
