Ok, translation is basically "the crosses" as I've understood it for as long as I can remember.
Our city logo is 3 crosses cause that is what the city was named after (as the story goes).
Now some crazy ass'd bastard wants to remove the crosses from the city logo. Why don't we change the name of the friggn city why we're at it.
Shut the hell up & move from my city if you don't like it

What does he have against the current name?
"crosses"
It was probably settled by Spanish missionaries or something.

Word. Like 154-ish years ago. Before New Mexico was even a state.
I'm still wondering what he has against the name, :P

He wants the logo changed, they haven't started a petition to change the city's name, yet, I think.
Your suggestion of him moving out of the city would ultimately solve the problem. How many people would actually sign the petition though? I honestly see very few numbers for this cause.
Yeah, but currently it is above a petition, they've filed a federal lawsuit, its up to the courts now. Boo on idiots
Lawsuit? That's crazy talk.
