Why would a "what you think is a useful snippet of code" need to be set as a sticky?

Because maybe others might think it's useful too? *shrug*.
I think it's more do the moderators think it's useful because if they think it is then they should sticky it because quite obviously, he can't.

Uhhh... right.....

I want an example from you of a useful snippet (I don't think snipplet is a word so I use snippet) of code that I would not be able to find an example of on the net and that is worth sticking.

Users Online Script
Hit Counter Script (using MySQL)
A template engine?
And other similiar useful bits of code to help those in need.

A designer, stealing others images and claiming them as their own. What isn't wrong with that?

@ venox

Do you know what they say about assume? I didn't make my sig nor did I EVER claim to. The creator of my sig runs www.darkactive.com Now before you accuse me of anything and make yourself look like a jackass, why don't you directly confront me. An apology is expected in your next reply.

Ah, yes, you are right, I shouldn't have assumed you are the one who did it.  And for that, I do apologize.

In my own defence, I see this happen all over the place, it gets old.  It seems that battle.net people often use my work without permission.  Honestly, I don't give a rats arse if people use it, as long as they just ask.

Again, I do apologize for assuming, no hard feelings, I completely understand where you are coming from.

Wait... I'm confused..  if you don't care, why did you post about it?

Because whoever did it didn't ask my permission.  I said, I don't care as long as they just ASK first.  Which clearly was not the case.

Lets not toss more wood in the fire. Stop instigating arguments.

Shut up about the stupid image, no more post about it.

Instead, you'll pin a thread that is titled: Akamas rocks!

Right? :D
