Title: THE FORUM LIES!

The icon at the botton says that this forum is valid XHTML 1.0, BUT IT'S NOT! (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fforum.valhallalegends.com%2Fphpbbs%2Findex.php%3Faction%3Dpost%3Bboard%3D2.0).  I suppose this is more a problem with SMF (btw v1.0.5 is out), but still :\

Sorry Spence, I have to disagree with you, and agree with nissan. That validation crap IMHO is meant for people who have nothing better to do with their time. Validation != imporant. :P

validation isn't important... accessibility is. I do not care about the gold star that a validator gives me... I care about wcag. If you do not try comply with WCAG then you suck and are not worth your salt as a web developer.
