Title: Skywing! So nice...
Post by: Croohm on December 28, 2002, 07:54 AM
Greetings,
Have one simple question. How do you stream the "Whos in the channel" information to your clan web page? It looks damn nice anyway. If you find time to explain I would be greatfull. ::)
Im using UB+BG3 and there is no such feature to that bot.
Well well, :-/
Take care
Thx

The bots that are being ran by Skywing are using the BinaryChat ISAPI plugin which is not available for public download. The others, however, are WebBots: http://botdev.valhallalegends.com/webbot/

Thanks for the fast reply Spht. I did read the "How To Use" and have a question. If I get this to work, like getting this "account" at walhallalegends.com, can I then be able to view the channel activity just by linking an "<IFRAME>" from "http://www.valhallalegends.com/skywing/isapi/BinaryChatISAPI.dll?channelenum" to our clan page?
Can I then just enter our already moderated channel with this WebBot to make WebBot provide me with the channel activity information for the webpage?

Hmm many, perhaps stupid questions, but this is so fun. ;D

Thx again

Hmm... Sky would it be possible to implement a basic form of a custom template system for inclusion of the streams into web pages outside of [vL]'s?

You tell me the WebChannel account you created, and I'll add it to the database.

You can use ?css= to change the CSS file included so that you can redo the appearance.
